Exceptional service. The guys arrived promptly as agreed and explained clearly what they were here to do. They inspected the area for installation and gave us reassurance it was all good for them to proceed with the heat pump installation. I really dont know where to start with this company im over whelmed with them ibe had them now for a couple years and since day one I got a hot tub from them they have been amazing and the maintenance is outstanding for me not to worry about doing tht myself. And has for Elliot this guy is amazing he always has made me happy every time he comes to do maintenance he is so polite and always keeps me up todate when he visits if im home or not such a pleasant guy. Highly recommend total hot tubs for any hot tub issue or regular service. We have used them for moving a spa we purchased and now we have a quarterly plan to keep it running perfectly. Communication is always excellent and service from their team super reliable. Big shout out to Elliott who always is there on time, is so friendly and knowledgeable and has given us so much helpful advice given we were first time hot tubbers!
